Dr. Moersch provides assessments and treatment to children and young adults with a range of neurocognitive, academic, social, and emotional challenges. She believes that neuropsychological assessments play an integral role in helping the child and their family capitalize on areas of strength and accommodate for areas of difficulty.

Dr. Moersch has also conducted individual, group, and family therapy in schools, medical centers, and community mental health centers. She works with an array of clinical presentations, including depression, anxiety, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), dyslexia, and autism spectrum disorder (ASD). When treating clients, Dr. Moersch thinks systemically about the multiple forces that contribute to presenting problems and pulls from several evidence-based practices, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).

She has also published work on building social, emotional intelligence in school-aged children.

Dr. Moersch received her PsyD in clinical psychology from The Wright Institute in Berkeley, CA. She completed an APA accredited pre-doctoral internship at The Help Group, a nationally renowned non-profit organization dedicated to the assessment and treatment of children and young adults with neurodevelopmental and social-emotional disorders.

Dr. Moersch initially completed her postdoctoral studies through The Help Group/UCLA Autism Alliance program, which provided advanced training in the assessment and treatment of children and young adults with ASD.

She was then selected as the pediatric neuropsychology fellow at the UCLA Semel Institute for Neuroscience & Human Behavior within the David Geffen School of Medicine. She completed a two-year fellowship program in pediatric neuropsychology.
